girl: do you know what i want to do someday?
boy: what's that?
girl: i want to go to london with you and ride the world's largest ferris wheel.
boy: but you don't like heights, sweetheart.
girl: but i like ferris wheels.
boy: i think i will go with you and hold your hand so you don't remember your fear of heights.
girl: i think i will like that.
boy: what do you want to happen between us?
girl: what do you mean?
boy: what would make you the happiest?
girl: well, i want to wake up on saturdays and sundays and make tea together and crawl back into bed and pull up the covers to drink it.
boy: would you like to live somewhere else?
girl: it doesn't really matter where we live. i'd like to be near water.
boy: i'd love a house on the coast.
girl: and in the mornings, after tea, we could walk down to the shore and press our toes in the mud.


i think every instrument makes a sound perfectly complimentary to exactly one other instrument's sound, and the best thing to do with life is find someone with whom you make a symphony.
no one else seems to understand why.
